On November 26th, Executive Director Sharon Hom spoke at a hearing on China in the European Parliament Sub Committee on Human Rights. The hearing focused on human rights concerns in China as the country prepares for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and discussed potential actions various international actors could take in responding to these concerns, including the European Parliament and the International Olympic Committee.
